Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the box “I agree to the processing of my personal data” (or similar) in any form of the website ofd.org.ua, or by sending the form, I, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, freely and knowingly give my consent to the data controller — Kostiantyn Leontiev (Odesa, [email protected]) — to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Data
The data I enter in the form (including first and last name, email, phone, age, city, measurements, brand or outlet name, social links, photos and other materials) and the technical data sent with the form (IP address, date and time).
2. Purposes
- registration for the events of Odessa Fashion Day® (OFD®), Summer Weekend by OFD® and Odessa Fashion Night®, issuing and checking tickets, entry to the event;
- reviewing my application (model, designer, volunteer, press, partner) and contacting me about participation;
- service emails: tickets, cabinet sign-in codes, confirmations, reminders before the shows;
- news and announcements — only if I separately subscribed to the newsletter;
- protection of the website against spam and abuse.
3. Operations
Collection, recording, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use, disclosure (transfer) within the limits set out in the Privacy Policy, anonymisation, blocking and destruction.
4. Recipients
The OFD organizers; the services that run the website (hosting, Cloudflare, email and newsletter services, Telegram for the organizers’ service notifications, Google — visit statistics when enabled); event partners and venues — only as far as needed for accreditation and entry. I agree that some of these services are located outside Ukraine.
5. Term
The consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than 5 years after the event, or until withdrawn. A newsletter subscription is valid until I unsubscribe.
6. My rights
I have been informed of my rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, of the purpose of processing and of the persons my data is disclosed to. I can withdraw this consent and ask to change or delete my data by writing to [email protected], or delete my registrations in the guest cabinet. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
7. Photo and video
I am aware that OFD events are public and are photographed and filmed (“Photo and Video at Events”).
8. Age
I confirm that I am at least 14 years old, and if I am under 18, that my parents or legal representatives have read and agree to the Minor Consent.
