This Minor Consent (“Consent”) governs the participation of individuals under 18 years old in Odessa Fashion Day® (OFD®) events, including Summer Weekend by OFD® and Odessa Fashion Night®, and regulates the use of their photo and video materials.

1. Parties to the Consent
- Minor — an individual under 18.
- Legal representative — parent or legal guardian.
- Organizer — Kostiantyn Leontiev, founder of OFD®.
2. Purpose of the Consent
The legal representative authorizes the Minor to:
- participate in castings, runway shows, and OFD® activities;
- be present at event venues;
- be photographed and filmed;
- appear in public media content.
The Consent applies to all roles: model, guest, volunteer, media or designer.
3. Media Recording of Minors
The representative authorizes:
- capturing the Minor’s image;
- publication of media by OFD®;
- distribution to partners, media and photographers;
- unlimited archival storage.
OFD® may publish the materials on any platform.
4. Unpaid participation
When participating as a model or volunteer, the Minor participates on a TFP (unpaid) basis.
The representative waives financial claims.
5. Liability and Safety
The representative confirms:
- the Minor’s ability to safely participate;
- absence of medical restrictions.
OFD® is not responsible for:
- injuries caused by rule violations;
- loss of belongings;
- acts of third parties.
6. Processing of Minor’s Data
The representative consents to the processing of the Minor’s personal data in accordance with the OFD® Privacy Policy.
7. Withdrawal of Consent
The representative may withdraw this Consent in writing.
OFD® may decline deletion requests if content has already been publicly distributed.
8. Final Provisions
Submitting a Minor’s registration form constitutes full acceptance of this Consent.
