Event and Registration Rules

These Rules apply to everyone who registers on the website ofd.org.ua for, and attends, the events of Odessa Fashion Day® (OFD®), Summer Weekend by OFD® and Odessa Fashion Night®.

1. Registration and tickets

Entry to the shows and events open to guests is free, by online invitation. Registration is free.
First and last name, email and phone are required in the form. Tickets with a QR code are sent to the email given in the form and kept in the guest cabinet.
A ticket is personal: one ticket — one person for one programme item. Shows at the same time and place are one block with one ticket.
The QR code of a ticket is valid for one entry. Do not publish it or pass it on.
Seats may be limited; registration closes when the seats run out or when the event starts.
Registrations of press, bloggers and photographers are confirmed by the organizers; tickets come after confirmation.
Some events (e.g. lectures) are by invitation only — the form says so. Registration for the shows does not give access to the closed programme.

2. Entry

At the door show the QR code of the ticket from the ticket page, the email or the cabinet — on your phone or printed.
The organizers may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if the hall is full, these Rules are broken, safety is at risk, in case of intoxication or behaviour that disturbs others.
The programme, participants, time and venue may change; up-to-date information is on the Website. We try to notify guests by email of significant changes.

3. At the event

Respect the participants, guests and team; follow the instructions of the organizers and the venue’s security.
Do not enter the runway or service areas (backstage) without permission.
The event is public and is photographed and filmed — see “Photo and Video at Events”.
The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.

4. Participants

For models, designers, volunteers, press and partners the terms of participation are agreed with the organizers after the application is reviewed. Participation of models and volunteers is unpaid (TFP format) unless agreed otherwise in writing. Participation of persons under 18 follows the Minor Consent.

5. Cancelling a registration

If you cannot come, write to [email protected] — your seat will go to another guest. The organizers may cancel registrations with false data or repeated registrations of one person.

6. Personal data

Registration data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
