The 13th season of Odessa Fashion Day SS16 is presented with the support of the public organisation Odessa Fashion Union and the Ukrainian designer store network Show Room Family.

Purpose of the Event
The aim of the event is to present seasonal collections by Ukrainian designers, with a focus on the work of designers from Odesa and the region. It is a three-day fashion event for those who appreciate beauty. The project is intended to highlight the work and quality of Ukrainian fashion, while also presenting collections by international designers.
First of all, the Odesa audience is introduced to collections by Odesa designers of clothing and accessories who are residents of major Ukrainian fashion projects.
Since autumn 2014, a Young Designers Competition has been held with the support of Atelier magazine and the international young designers’ competition Pecherski Kashtany. One of the bright signature blocks of every Odessa Fashion Day is the Kids Fashion show day.
A traditional part of OFD is the Fashion Shopping Place — a chance not only to see the most fashionable pieces of the season, but also to purchase them immediately. Guests are also invited to the permanent SHOW ROOM FAMILY at 7 Derybasivska Street, Odesa. In addition, Show Room Family also operates daily in Kyiv at 17 Liuteranska Street.

The ODESSA FASHION DAY project was created in 2010 and is a registered trademark throughout Ukraine. All rights are reserved.
The official logo of the project is also considered the official trademark of OFD. The summer project SUMMER WEEKEND is a cruise project and also a registered trademark in Ukraine.
Any use of these trademarks within Ukraine may only take place with the official permission of the trademark owners. In the event of copyright infringement, all disputes will be resolved through legal proceedings.
The purpose of Odessa Fashion Day is to introduce guests to designers’ collections, attract individual customers as well as buyers for the future placement and presentation of parts of the collections in stores, and create an opportunity to purchase selected pieces directly from the designer.
The kaleidoscope of Odessa Fashion Day shows takes place with the support of the public organisation Odessa Fashion Union.
This project represents a chain of events held throughout 2009–2016 and is an annual cultural and humanitarian (non-commercial) initiative. The project is aimed at protecting and promoting domestic fashion producers within the Odesa market and individual regions.
Buy Ukrainian — according to the organisers, this is how the citizens of Ukraine and Odesa should act in order to change attitudes towards domestic producers. It is one of the first steps towards building pride in Ukrainian production as part of broader cultural growth and public well-being.
