This Media Consent & Content Release (“Consent”) regulates the recording, use and distribution of photo and video materials created at Odessa Fashion Day® (OFD®) events, including “Summer Weekend by OFD®” and “Odessa Fashion Night®”.

1. Scope
This Consent applies to all individuals who:
- attend OFD® events;
- participate as models, designers, volunteers, media, guests;
- appear within event locations;
- communicate with OFD® personnel;
- submit photo/video materials.
2. Public nature of events
OFD® events are public events and may include:
- continuous photo and video recording;
- presence of photographers;
- capturing guests, participants and staff;
- incidental inclusion in the frame.
Attendance constitutes consent to such recording.
3. Grant of consent
By attending the event, you agree that:
- Your image, appearance, movements and voice may be recorded;
- OFD® may use such recordings in any form;
- You are not entitled to compensation;
- You waive any claims related to the use of your image;
- You grant OFD® a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence.
4. Use of materials
OFD® may:
- publish content on the website and social media;
- distribute materials to partners and media;
- use content for promotional and editorial purposes;
- archive recordings;
- edit and process materials.
5. Partner and photographer content
Accredited photographers transfer content to OFD® under:
- public offer;
- accreditation rules;
- cooperation agreements.
6. User-submitted content
By submitting content, the user guarantees:
- full ownership of the material;
- no copyright violations;
- permission for OFD® to use the content without restrictions.
7. Withdrawal of consent
A user may request removal of content if it:
- violates personal rights;
- contains sensitive data;
- presents a security risk.
OFD® reviews such requests individually.
8. Limitation of liability
OFD® is not responsible for:
- third-party photographers;
- independent media publications;
- content re-shared by external parties.
