This Public Offer (“Offer”) is an official, legally binding proposal issued by Kostiantyn Leontiev, a private individual (hereinafter — “Organizer”, “We”, “OFD®”), addressed to an unlimited number of persons (hereinafter — “Participant”, “You”), and governs participation in Odessa Fashion Day® events, including Summer Weekend by OFD® and Odessa Fashion Night®, as well as cooperation with the Organizer as a designer, model, volunteer, guest or accredited media/photographer.

Submission of any registration form on the Website constitutes full acceptance (acceptance of offer) of this Public Offer.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer defines the rights and obligations of Participants involved in OFD® activities, including event participation, registration, accreditation, and cooperation.

1.2. The provisions of this Offer apply equally to all categories of Participants.

1.3. The Organizer may amend this Offer at any time by publishing an updated version on the Website.

1.4. Participation in OFD® events is voluntary and governed by this Offer.

2. Conditions for Designers

2.1. Submission of the “Designer Registration” form constitutes the Designer’s intention to participate in an OFD® show.

2.2. The Designer guarantees that:

all provided information is accurate;
they own the intellectual property rights for their collection;
they grant OFD® the right to photograph and film their show;
they allow OFD® to publish and distribute the content without limitation;
they accept possible scheduling, technical, or production-related changes.

2.3. The Designer grants OFD® a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use all materials created during the show.

2.4. Participation fees, deadlines, and technical requirements may be subject to additional agreements and form an integral part of this Offer.

3. Conditions for Models (TFP)

3.1. By submitting the model registration form, the model agrees to:

participate in the casting process;
take part in the event on a TFP (Time for Print) basis — unpaid;
be photographed and filmed during the event;
grant OFD® rights to use their images.

3.2. The Model confirms:

the accuracy of the information and measurements provided;
availability to work according to the event schedule;
understanding that TFP work is fully unpaid and does not constitute employment.

3.3. OFD® does not guarantee selection or participation after registration.

4. Conditions for Volunteers (TFP)

4.1. Volunteers participate unpaid, as part of non-commercial cooperation.

4.2. Volunteers agree to:

follow the instructions of OFD® coordinators;
maintain discipline and professionalism;
cooperate without financial compensation;
acknowledge that volunteering is not an employment relationship.

4.3. Volunteers may assist in:

backstage operations;
guest and designer coordination;
venue preparation;
technical and logistical tasks.

5. Conditions for Guests (Visitors)

5.1. By registering as a guest or receiving an invitation/e-ticket, the Guest agrees to:

comply with the venue rules;
respect safety regulations;
understand that the event involves photography and videography;
appear in publicly accessible media content.

5.2. OFD® reserves the right to refuse entry in cases of misconduct or security concerns.

6. Conditions for Photographers & Media

6.1. Submission of the media accreditation form constitutes agreement to:

follow OFD® media guidelines;
provide OFD® with a selection of captured photos/videos upon request;
allow OFD® to use such materials without compensation.

6.2. Accredited photographers and journalists must ensure:

compliance with copyright laws;
absence of prohibited content;
ethical conduct during shooting.

7. Intellectual Property & Image Rights

7.1. All Participants grant OFD® a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use:

photo and video materials capturing their participation;
their likeness, name, performance, designs, appearance and voice (where applicable).

7.2. OFD® may:

publish, reproduce, distribute, modify and archive such materials;
use them for marketing, PR, reports, event summaries, digital publications, media collaborations.

8. Liability

8.1. The Organizer is not liable for:

injuries caused by violation of event rules;
loss or damage of personal belongings;
actions of third parties;
technical issues, power outages or system malfunctions.

8.2. Participants assume responsibility for their actions during cooperation with OFD®.

9. Withdrawal from Participation

9.1. A Participant may withdraw from the event by notifying the Organizer in writing.

9.2. The Organizer may cancel a Participant’s involvement for any reason, including operational or safety considerations.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Submitting forms on the Website constitutes full acceptance of this Public Offer.

10.2. The Offer is a legally binding agreement between the Participant and OFD®.

10.3. Any disputes shall be resolved according to the laws of Ukraine.
