This IP & Trademark Notice (“Notice”) defines the ownership, protection and permitted use of intellectual property belonging to Odessa Fashion Day® (OFD®) and Kostiantyn Leontiev, as well as the legal status of all content published on https://ofd.org.ua.
1. Rights Holder
The rights holder of all trademarks and copyrighted content is:

2. Registered Trademarks
The following trademarks are registered in Ukraine and owned by Kostiantyn Leontiev:
- Odessa Fashion Day® (OFD®)
- Summer Weekend by OFD®
- Odessa Fashion Night®
Any use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Copyrighted Content
Protected content includes:
- texts, articles, news posts;
- photos and videos;
- website design;
- graphics and branding elements;
- logos;
- press releases;
- designer and model descriptions;
- editorial and documentary materials.
All protected under Ukrainian copyright law.
4. Third-Party Use of Content
Prohibited:
- copying;
- distribution without permission;
- commercial use of trademarks;
- modifying or selling content.
Allowed:
- journalistic use with proper accreditation and source mention;
- reposting with written permission.
5. Photo & Video Copyright
5.1. Photos and videos at OFD® events may be produced by:
- OFD® photographers;
- accredited photographers;
- designers’ teams;
- media partners.
5.2. Materials provided to OFD® may be used:
- free of charge;
- indefinitely;
- with rights to publish and modify them.
5.3. Photographers retain ownership but grant OFD® lawful usage rights through:
- accreditation rules;
- agreements;
- the Public Offer;
- voluntary submission of materials.
6. Intellectual Property Violations
OFD® reserves the right to:
- demand removal of infringing materials;
- file legal claims;
- request damages;
- restrict access to infringing users.
