If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Purpose of the Website<\/h2>\n<p>The Website is the information platform of Odessa Fashion Day\u00ae, Summer Weekend by OFD\u00ae and Odessa Fashion Night\u00ae: it publishes news, programmes, photo and video materials, information about designers, seasons and partners, and accepts guest registrations and the applications of models, designers, volunteers, press and partners.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Users, registrations and the cabinet<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A user is any individual who visits the Website or fills in its forms. By filling in a form you confirm that the data about you is true and that you are entitled to provide it.<\/li>\n<li>There are no accounts or passwords for visitors. The guest cabinet opens with a one-time code sent to your email; do not share this code.<\/li>\n<li>Registration for events is free. A ticket is personal and valid for the programme item it was issued for. Entry rules are in <a href=\"https:\/\/ofd.org.ua\/en\/event-rules-2\/\">\u201cEvent and Registration Rules\u201d<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>An application does not guarantee participation: the organizers decide according to the requirements of the season.<\/li>\n<li>Your data is processed in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/ofd.org.ua\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/ofd.org.ua\/en\/personal-data-consent-2\/\">Consent to the Processing of Personal Data<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Texts, photos, videos, graphics, the design of the Website and its elements are protected by the legislation of Ukraine on copyright and related rights. The materials belong to the Owner, to their authors or are used with their permission.<\/li>\n<li>Odessa Fashion Day\u00ae, OFD\u00ae, Summer Weekend by OFD\u00ae and Odessa Fashion Night\u00ae are trademarks. Their use without the Owner\u2019s written permission is prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Copying, reproducing, publishing or modifying the materials of the Website without written permission is prohibited, except where expressly allowed by law (including quotation with a reference to the source).<\/li>\n<li>Press centre materials are intended for the media and may be used to cover OFD events with a credit to the source and the photographer, unless the material says otherwise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Third-party materials<\/h2>\n<p>The Website may contain photos and videos by OFD photographers, partners, the media and designers, as well as links to third-party resources and embedded videos (e.g. YouTube). The Owner is not responsible for the content and rules of third-party resources.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Prohibited<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>providing false data or the data of other persons without their consent;<\/li>\n<li>attempting unauthorised access to the Website, cabinets, tickets or other users\u2019 data;<\/li>\n<li>forging, copying or passing on tickets, and sending forms automatically;<\/li>\n<li>interfering with the Website or spreading malware;<\/li>\n<li>collecting or processing other users\u2019 personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6.
